Our Return Policy – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

At JCO Diamonds, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Only items that meet the following criteria are eligible for return:

  • Not special ordered
  • Not worn or damaged
  • Not engraved, resized, or altered by any jeweller other than JCO Diamonds

How to Return Your Purchase

Step 1: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Please call us at +44 20 7242 5965 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
The RMA code must be clearly written on the outside of the package or the return will not be accepted.

Step 2: Complete the Return Merchandise Form

A Return Merchandise Authorization form will be emailed to you.
This form must be completed in full and included inside the return package.

Step 3: Package Your Return Securely

  • Securely package your item to prevent damage during transit
  • Include all original packaging materials and paperwork
  • If your item included a certified diamond, all original certificates must be included (replacement fees apply if missing)
  • If applicable, include the Hearts & Arrows viewer (replacement fees apply if missing)
  • For security reasons, do not include the company name, website, or any description of the contents on the outer packaging

Step 4: Insure and Ship Your Package

Shipping requirements depend on the value of your purchase:

Orders below $25,000
Use a secure and insured shipping method such as FedEx, UPS, or Registered Insured Mail via the U.S. Postal Service.
Your package must be insured for the full purchase amount.

Orders above $25,000

Return Conditions

  • Packages without an RMA will not be accepted
  • Returns received after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted
  • Items must be returned in original, new condition as shipped by JCO Diamonds
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, engraving, resizing, or alteration by another jeweller will not be accepted
  • Special order items are non-returnable
  • Improperly packaged or uninsured returns will not be accepted

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding shipping, handling, insurance, and payment processing fees.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
